Our methodology

The Inclusivitii Quotient™

Our proprietary framework treats inclusion as a measurable, embedded capability rather than a one-off exercise. Every programme we deliver moves people and organisations through four stages of sustained change.

Stage one

Understand

Build shared knowledge of how inequity operates in systems, structures and everyday decisions.

Stage two

Reflect

Examine personal and organisational patterns honestly, in a space that is safe but stretching.

Stage three

Apply

Translate insight into new behaviours, decisions and ways of leading, practised in real situations.

Stage four

Embed

Hard-wire change into policy, governance and measurement so it survives turnover and pressure.
