About Inclusivitii

People-centred, evidence-led and grounded in lived experience

Inclusivitii is an equity, leadership, culture and systems change consultancy based in Oxford and working across the UK.

Inclusivitii works with health systems, universities, government, law enforcement and purpose-led organisations to build inclusive workplaces, equitable services and empowered communities. Its work combines lived and learned experience, behavioural insight and practical tools, so that change lasts long after the engagement ends.

Its community work has included deep conversations with Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities, refugees, frontline nurses, grassroots organisers and public servants, so that the voices of those most affected shape the change.

CollaborativeWorking alongside clients, staff and communities, co-producing change rather than imposing it.

In 2020 she was named one of the 100 Most Inspiring Women in Diversity and Inclusion by Diversein.
